Can I transfer my pass?

• We are happy to facilitate pass transfers up until one week before the event. Passes may be transferred at the full-ticket price.

  
  

What is your refund policy?

• If you are not feeling well leading up to the event, please contact us to process a refund or credit. If you are unable to attend for another reason, we can credit your pass toward a future event.

  
  

How are levels determined?

• If the event has leveled classes, attendees will be placed according to their WSDC qualifications. Attendees must have points in the level they want to take classes in. Auditions may be held to help role-balance classes.
